Notices from the public record
Of the 62 files in the registry, these are the ones where a regulator, or the storefront itself, has put something on the record that a reader should see before anything else. Every notice links to the original document, not to our account of it.

- 2026-10-19Swole AF Labsswoleaflabs.com · The Swole AF Labs storefront no longer exists: swoleaflabs.com permanently redirects to rcs-research.is, a gated 'RCS Research' site that shows only login/application forms, a US-based-support claim, 'Since 2018', an RUO disclaimer and a help@ email, and does not mention Swole AF.file

What puts a name on the board
Desk practiceA regulator's letter
A public FDA warning letter addressed to the company or its operator. We take the date and the link from fda.gov and nothing else.
A storefront that has stopped
A closure notice on the site, a domain that no longer resolves, or a redirect to an unrelated store, confirmed on the date shown.
A storefront that will not open for us
Repeated attempts return an error or a page with nothing to read. We keep the file, note the attempt, and issue no seal.
Reader questions
Answered from the fileWhat is an FDA warning letter, in plain terms?
A published letter in which the US Food and Drug Administration tells a company that, in its view, named products, pages or practices violate the law, and asks for a reply. It is an agency finding, not a court ruling, and many recipients keep trading. We post the date and link to the letter on fda.gov; we do not paraphrase it.
What does a letter do to a file?
It fails the regulatory check and holds the seal at C or below, whatever the rest of the ledger says. The rule is applied by the formula to every file alike, and lifts only if the letter leaves the public record.
Does a letter mean the products are bad?
We do not know and we do not say. The letters we have read in this trade concern how products are described and classified on a storefront. We treat the letter as a documented fact about the company, which is what this desk examines.
Why keep closed storefronts on the board?
Because old forum threads and old lists still send readers to them. A dated closure notice is cheaper than an order to a dead domain or to whoever has since picked it up.
