Is BioLongevity Labs legit?

The claims this storefront makes

BioLongevity Labs makes more quality assertions than most of the suppliers we track, which means there is more to test. The site is operated by F2 Nutrition LLC from Akron, Ohio, and sells 46 products, all lyophilized vials and blends, including a bioregulator range and a line it calls Signature, at prices toward the top of the market. The homepage speaks of “Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)” and “U.S. GMP-certified facilities,” describes the company as a member of the American Peptide Association, calls one of its laboratories, SafeCert Labs, an “Independent CLIA certified facility,” and says products are tested by “three independent certified laboratories” because the company does not test its own material. Product specifications put purity “at or above 99 percent (HPLC).” On service, the site promises a free reshipment if the carrier confirms non-delivery and says its support exists to make customers “100% satisfied.” The one thing a buyer should know is that the documents behind this company are real, and the certification language on top of them is not backed by any certificate we could find.

We opened the certificate library and the separate process page that describes it, checked whether individual entries name the laboratory that produced them, compared the method wording across the product page and the testing section, read the shipping, payment and returns pages, fetched the Trustpilot profile and searched FDA correspondence for both the brand and the LLC. We also checked whether GLP-class products appear in the shop or in site search.

What held up when we checked

On the basic question of who is selling, BioLongevity Labs is ahead of most of its peers. The legal entity and a street address, F2 Nutrition LLC, 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, OH 44321, are published. There is no phone number, and contact is by email at [email protected], but a named LLC at a named address is more than many competitors offer.

The testing claim has a real library behind it. The certificates at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ sit behind an age gate only, with no account or purchase required, and the library is ordered newest first and can be filtered by product and by batch. Separate endotoxin reports sit alongside the purity certificates, which is unusual and useful. The process page names three laboratories, SafeCert Labs, BioRegen and AV Analytics, and lists the panel: identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity, and endotoxin by either the LAL method or recombinant Factor C. The statement that the company does not test its own material is the right posture, and we noted it.

The compliance framing is also thorough. A research-use-only disclaimer, an FDA non-evaluation statement, an explicit “not a pharmacy” line and a 21-and-over age gate are all present. Payment is by “all major credit cards.” Shipping goes out the same business day for orders placed before noon Pacific, standard domestic delivery takes three to five business days, USPS Priority and FedEx 2 Day, Overnight and Saturday options are offered, shipping is free from $400, and international service is limited to Canada and select destinations. No GLP-class products appeared on the shop page or in site search during our check.

What did not, and what we could not verify

The certification vocabulary runs ahead of the evidence. “U.S. GMP-certified facilities” appears on the site, but no GMP certificate, facility name or auditor appears with it. SafeCert Labs is described as CLIA certified, but no CLIA number is shown. The three laboratories are named on the process page, yet the certificates in the library do not say which laboratory produced each one, and the filenames use batch identifiers without dates. A purchaser who wants to connect a listed laboratory to the specific document for their batch cannot do it from the library alone. The American Peptide Association membership is self-stated. None of this means the claims are false; it means they are, for now, the company’s word.

The method wording is inconsistent in a small way. Product specifications say purity at or above 99 percent by HPLC, while the testing section describes UHPLC-MS. The two may describe the same work, but the site does not reconcile them, and for a company that makes precision a selling point that is a loose end.

The Trustpilot profile for biolongevitylabs.com has been removed with Trustpilot’s standard notice that it “goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible.” We do not know why and the company has not said.

The return policy is narrow for the price point. The site says it cannot accept returns because of the fragile nature of the goods, with one exception: unopened product within 10 days of delivery, less a 15 percent restocking fee and the cost of the return label. Cancellations are by email before shipment only. At these prices, that is not a generous window.

Several things we could not settle. Sterility testing is not listed in the panel. There is no standalone BPC-157 5 mg listing, and the standalone BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg appear on the shop page without prices, so our usual price comparison does not apply. The prices that are shown confirm the premium tier: the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend at 10 mg is $119.97, Ipamorelin 10 mg is $79.97, GHK-Cu 50 mg is $84.97, Thymosin Alpha 1 10 mg is $129.97 and Epithalon 20 mg is $94.97. The founding year is not published. A launch newsletter found in search names three co-founders, but that information does not appear on the vendor’s site and we do not treat it as the company’s statement. No FDA warning letter naming BioLongevity Labs or F2 Nutrition LLC was found, and no independent aggregator has published test results for this supplier, so the library, commissioned by the company, is the only testing evidence available.

Our read

On documents, this is a credible operation: a named LLC, a named address, three named laboratories, an open and filterable library with separate endotoxin reports, and a research-only framing that is more careful than most. On language, the company reaches further than its evidence. GMP and CLIA are specific regulatory words with specific certificates behind them, and none of those certificates is shown; the certificates that are shown do not say who signed them. On terms, a buyer pays premium prices and gets 10 days, a restocking fee and no phone number.

If you order here, read the batch entry for the exact product you receive, note that it will not tell you which of the three laboratories produced it, and treat the GMP wording as a claim until a certificate appears. For a buyer who wants endotoxin data from a named company at a named address and is willing to pay for it, BioLongevity Labs delivers more than its marketing needs to promise. For a buyer who wants a refund window that matches the price, it does not.

Reader questions

Answered from the file
Is BioLongevity Labs third-party tested?

Yes. The COA process page names SafeCert Labs, AV Analytics and BioRegen and states that the company does not test its own material. The open library at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ holds per-batch certificates and separate endotoxin reports, though the individual entries do not say which of the three laboratories produced them.

Where is BioLongevity Labs located?

The site publishes its legal entity and address: F2 Nutrition LLC, 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, OH 44321. No phone number is listed, and contact is by email at [email protected]. The founding year is not published.

Is BioLongevity Labs GMP certified?

The site claims U.S. GMP-certified facilities and describes SafeCert Labs as an independent CLIA certified facility, but no GMP certificate, facility name, auditor or CLIA number is shown anywhere we could find. Until a certificate appears, these remain the company's own statements.

Does BioLongevity Labs sell GLP-class products?

No GLP-class products appeared on the shop page or in site search during our check. The 46-item catalog consists of lyophilized vials and blends, including a bioregulator range and a line the company calls Signature.
